What is stored
An account holds your email address, display name, and a hashed password. Tracks you upload carry your display name. Standard rate-limit counters keyed to network addresses protect the sign-in and upload forms.
What is not done
No advertising, no analytics scripts, no trackers, no sale or sharing of data with third parties. The only cookies are the session cookie and your theme preference.
You receive email only to verify your address or reset your password — never marketing.
Removal
With an account you can delete your tracks any time from the Control Panel; to remove the account entirely, or to remove something you uploaded as a guest, ask via the contact page.
