User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ARSENK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to legally use this service in your jurisdiction.

3. Uploaded Content

When you upload a track, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to share it. You retain ownership of what you upload, but you grant ARSENK permission to host, stream, and display it within the app. Uploaded tracks are reviewed before appearing publicly and may be removed at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not upload content you don't have the rights to distribute.
Do not use the service to harass, spam, or distribute unlawful content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of ARSENK after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Contact

This agreement is provided by the site operator. Continued use of ARSENK constitutes acceptance of its terms.
